Acknowledgements.

Zyrv, its design and its programming, including constituent components of Zyrv where sourced from its proprietor, and discluding/excepting where otherwise stated either on this page, in documentation or some other place or part of the site by the proprietor, is in entirity, the creation and intellectual propriety of Caleb Mazalevskis.

All graphics representative of third parties and/or other websites, (except where, as permitted, as derived or modified from) are sourced directly from said third parties and/or other websites; Zyrv makes no proprietal or copyright claims over any graphics representative of third parties or third party websites; However, some of these graphics are subject to usage terms set forth by their representative body or bodies, of which should be referred to prior to using any of these graphics for your own means, and all relevant copyright claims should be respected in regards to such graphics.

Zyrv sources the vast majority of its 16x16 graphics from "Silk Icons"; "Silk Icons" are the creation and intellectual propriety of Mark James (FAMFAMFAM). Zyrv sources its emoticons/smilies from "Furry Emoticons"; "Furry Emoticons" are the creation and intellectual propriety of Sleath. There are a number of emoticons/smilies derived from "Furry Emoticons" by Zyrv for its own purposes, however, being derivitives, and in consideration of the licensing regarding "Furry Emoticons", Zyrv makes no claims over these derivitives other than in considering these derivitives to be under the same licensing and proprietal status as their source ("Furry Emoticons").

Zyrv's avatar gallery contains a significant number of avatars, the vast majority sourced through third parties, third party online avatar galleries and avatar related services; Zyrv makes no proprietal or copyright claims over any of the avatars in its gallery, but does, however, keep records of where such avatars originated from; Due to this significant number, it is not practical to list the entirity of these records on this page, but, any and all of these records may be viewed upon request.

Zyrv uses "Whatever:hover" for the benefit of its Internet Explorer users; "Whatever:hover" is the creation and intellectual propriety of Peter Nederlof.
